Well I did it again, I did not post my meals for yesterday. hubby is home and it has thrown my whole schedule off.
Thursday 7.25.09
Breakfast: 1 yogurt, 1 8oz glass milk, 1 slice toast
Snack: Cheese stick & Grapefruit juice
Lunch: 2 chili/cheese dogs
snack: Grapefruit juice
Dinner: 2 c. spinach, 2 bbq chicken thighs. YUM
Snack: Mint skinny cow ice cream bar
