Lets see how did I do on food today. Not to bad.
Breakfast: 1 cheese string, grapefruit juice.
Lunch: 6 shrimp, deep fried, Hot & sour soup. 2 slices of water melon, 1/2 c cantalope and honeydew and 1/4 pineapple chunks. Iced tea.
Dinner: Pork cutlet with pineapple/mango chutney, yummmy. Diet soda
Hmmmm. No snacks today. But I know I'll have a weight gain tomorrow. It is my bi-month visiter. AGAIN!!!
I'm getting better with the soda. Takes me a whole day to finish a 200z bottle of diet pepsi or diet rite. However ice tea I can drink like an elephant. I really crave fruit juice this time of the year. Really wish it was so loaded with sugars. argggg. anyway. Goodnight everyone Have a blessed evening. Huggs
